Being in business for over 100 years its now in its fifth generation of leadership, building Wisconsin's most recognizable healthcare, education, corporate, multifamily, and community projects.This is an opportunity to join a company where career development is intentional, employees are empowered to take ownership, and the Special Projects Group is positioned for continued growth.Job DescriptionLead Special Projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning schedule, budget, quality and client expectations.Develop project budgets and forecasts while closely monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities and risks.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.Develop and monitor project schedules, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.Provide leadership, mentorship and oversight to Special Projects PMs while helping establish processes and best practices across the group.Partner with Business Development and leadership to support new opportunities, strengthen client relationships and grow the Special Projects business.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
