Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
  • Lead onsite project execution and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project teams, including assistant project managers and field personnel, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction partners to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with project requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Manage projects including life science laboratories, healthcare facilities, manufacturing environments, historic renovations, educational facilities, tenant fit-outs, core and shell projects, and new construction.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3 to 10 years of project management experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at project locations throughout the Greater Boston region.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and client management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the I-495 corridor.
  • Experience managing laboratory, life science, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly technical construction projects.
  • Background working on renovations, fit-outs, manufacturing facilities, or institutional projects.
  • Experience within a design-build or fast-track construction environment.
