Job Description

Manage laboratory and life sciences construction projects from inception through closeout.

Coordinate project schedules, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communications.

Partner with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to drive project success.

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.

Utilize project management tools including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Prepare project reports, meeting documentation, and progress updates.

Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Collaborate directly with senior leadership and company principals on project execution.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of construction project management experience.

Background with a General Contractor or Construction Manager preferred.

Experience managing laboratory, life sciences, or cGMP projects is required.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Stable work history with demonstrated project success.

Must be able to commute to Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Ability to work onsite; no remote or hybrid option available.
