Job Description

  • Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or challenges.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing light industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
