Job Description

  • Manage multiple light industrial and mission critical construction projects simultaneously
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
  • Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience managing any ground up construction projects
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
