We are partnering with a leading real estate development and construction organization that is actively expanding its Light Industrial Construction Division and seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up light industrial and tilt-wall construction. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

  • Manage ground-up light industrial construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project objectives.
  • Manage tilt-wall construction projects and associated scheduling requirements.
  • Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
  • Monitor project costs and proactively manage change orders and risk.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Support business growth through exceptional project execution and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up light industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of tilt-wall construction processes and project delivery.
  • Experience with warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics facilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project schedules.
