Their portfolio includes distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, processing facilities, and other industrial construction projects.Job DescriptionLead multiple light industrial construction projects from inception through completion.Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial reporting.Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Participate in preconstruction activities including estimating reviews, value engineering, and procurement planning.Conduct subcontractor buyout and manage subcontract agreements.Monitor project safety, quality control, and compliance requirements.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership.Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
