Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
