Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report into senior operational leadership and take full ownership of project delivery across multiple healthcare interiors projects.

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure delivery targets are met
  • Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycles
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Drive project timelines ranging from short-cycle interior work to longer-term builds
  • Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project success
  • Contribute to process improvements within a growing and evolving business

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Healthcare Construction, we are seeking:

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven experience delivering healthcare interior projects ($3M+)
  • Background working on hospitals, outpatient facilities, or medical office buildings
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills
  • A growth mindset with ambition to step into a senior leadership role
