Job Description

The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction will report to senior operations leadership and oversee full-cycle project execution for large-scale multifamily builds.

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects ($40M+)
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Drive client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Oversee compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements
  • Mentor junior team members including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
