Our client is looking for a Project Manager with ground up commercial project experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Project Management experience and will be able to come in and hit the ground running. They are looking for someone with a customer oriented approach with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

About Our Client

This family owned General Contractor with all local work to the St. Louis area and a very tight-knit environment. They do a variety of commercial project types but the majority of their work is with education. Projects can range anywhere from $2M - $30M. The company provides a highly competitive salary and union benefits.

Job Description

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimum training
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • Ground up commercial project experience
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience with managing construction projects in the business services industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
