With expertise spanning commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, educational, and mixed-use projects, they have built a reputation for delivering quality construction solutions, maintaining long-standing client relationships, and fostering a collaborative and employee-focused culture.Job DescriptionManage construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.Oversee project cost controls and identify opportunities to improve project performance.Work closely with field teams and Superintendents to drive successful project execution.Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning, and turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
