The company has built its reputation on delivering exceptional residences with high-end finishes while maintaining a hands-on, client-focused approach.

Job Description

  • Manage multiple ground-up custom home projects simultaneously
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall execution
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong homeowner relationships
  • Manage project financials, procurement, and change orders
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction
  • Drive projects from preconstruction through final completion

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Strong background in luxury custom homes required
  • Proven ground-up construction experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Client-facing and polished communication skills
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes and residential construction details
  • Stable employment history with reputable builders
