With approximately 75 employees and annual revenue of around $90M, they have built a strong reputation for successfully managing complex commercial, government, and corporate interior projects while maintaining a people first culture!

Job Description

The Project Manager - Luxury Interior - NoVA will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Manage a portfolio of 5-10 concurrent commercial interior construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value.
  • Quality Control: Oversee projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are achieved.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Schedule Management: Conduct project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Luxury Interior - NoVA should have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
  • Strong background in interior/renovation construction projects - $5M+
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, client management and problem solving skills
  • Experience reviewing plans, specifications, contracts, and project budgets.
