Our client is a rapidly growing general contractor with a strong presence across Florida. The business has experienced significant expansion in recent years and is building a reputation for delivering complex commercial, multifamily, and luxury construction projects.

Job Description

  • Lead project execution from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Maintain client communication and ensure project expectations are met.
  • Monitor financial performance, project milestones, and risk management activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily Development should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
  • Experience managing luxury multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project controls.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractor and client relationships.
  • Self-sufficient decision-maker with excellent organisational skills.
