Job Description

The Project Manager - Luxury Residential will:

  • Manage luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through cloesout.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate architects, designers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive quality, safety, and schedule performance on complex custom builds.
  • Oversee projects ranging from approximately $3M to $20M in value.
  • Navigate permitting, logistics, and construction challenges in downtown Boston environments.
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership in a highly visible role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Residential should have:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Proven background delivering custom residential projects.
  • Experience managing high-end renovations or custom homes valued between $3M and $20M.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects within Boston's urban construction environment.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills.
  • Ability to commute to project sites throughout Boston and nearby suburbs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
