Job Description

The Project Manager - Luxury Retail will:

  • Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Oversee procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office to drive project execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and field teams to ensure project success.
  • Support projects throughout Boston, with potential exposure to projects in New York and Florida.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Retail should have:

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Strong background managing high-end or luxury retail construction projects.
  • Experience with commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to commute to Wilmington, MA and project sites as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.



What's on Offer

Upon offer, the Project Manager - Luxury Retail will receive:

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
  • 90% employer-covered healthcare
