Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to quality, the company has built a strong reputation through repeat business, client relationships, and consistent growth.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Luxury Retail will:Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Oversee procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office to drive project execution and reporting.Collaborate closely with executive leadership and field teams to ensure project success.Support projects throughout Boston, with potential exposure to projects in New York and Florida.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
