Job Description

  • Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
  • Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and successful project execution
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Administer contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners
  • Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office for project management and reporting functions
  • Identify project risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives
  • Coordinate with executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Extensive experience managing high-end retail construction projects
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Experience using Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work fully onsite and travel to project locations as required
