Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality targets are achieved
  • Lead communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, risk management, and project reporting
  • Partner with field leadership to drive site operations, safety, and project execution
  • Support healthcare and higher education projects for some of Ohio's most recognized institutions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven success delivering healthcare, hospital, higher education, or institutional projects
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
  • Experience using Bluebeam, Sage 300/Timberline, or similar construction software
  • Collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style with excellent client-facing skills
