Job Description

  • Assist in managing all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
  • Support procurement and subcontractor management
  • Monitor project schedules and proactively identify risks or delays
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
  • Assist in project closeout, documentation, and turnover
  • Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and repeat business

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 1-6+ years of experience in construction (project engineering or project management)
  • Experience or exposure to masonry, façade restoration, concrete, or historic preservation strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
