The company handles both Plan and Spec and Design Build projects while continuing to grow its commercial service and maintenance division. With over $100M in current backlog and continued growth projected, our client is looking to add experienced professionals to their team.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Mechanical Contractor - Diverse Projects will be responsible for:Manage all MEP project activities from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection subcontractors.Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance and constructability.Develop and maintain project schedules related to MEP activities.Monitor project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.Lead MEP coordination meetings with project stakeholders.Collaborate with field teams to resolve technical and installation challenges.Track procurement and delivery of major MEP equipment and materials.Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, project requirements, and quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
