The Project Manager will have the opportunity to make a visible impact while growing alongside the business.Job DescriptionManage multiple mechanical construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee projects valued at $20M+ while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, engineers, field teams, and general contractors.Review mechanical drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.Support both plan-and-spec and design-build project delivery methods.Ensure successful execution of HVAC, sheet metal, VRF, plumbing, and other MEP systems.The Project Manager will collaborate closely with field leadership to deliver projects safely and efficiently.The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.The Project Manager will help maintain and strengthen relationships with repeat clients and project partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
