Job Description

  • Manage multifamily renovation projects including lobbies, amenity spaces, pool decks, and exterior improvements
  • Oversee projects from design development through construction and closeout
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, ownership, and local government agencies
  • Lead project meetings, review plans, monitor schedules, and track budgets and project performance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and financial objectives

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or owner/developer
* Multifamily renovation experience involving amenity, lobby, and exterior scopes
* Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects
* Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and related construction software
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field; Spanish proficiency preferred
