They have a solid reputation for delivering quality results and are committed to fostering growth and innovation within their team.Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasting reports.Lead subcontractor procurement, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and award processes.Oversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and monthly reporting.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies.Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.Partner with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices.Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues.Manage RFIs, submittals, permitting, and document control processes.Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and ownership groups.Ensure successful project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
