The company is known for its collaborative culture, strong employee retention, and consistent pipeline of work that provides long-term career growth.Job DescriptionLead the execution of a large-scale ground-up public construction project located in Worcester, MA.Manage all project operations from the on-site project office throughout the duration of the project.Partner closely with the Superintendent to ensure project milestones, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety goals are achieved.Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.Mentor and oversee Assistant Project Managers and support staff assigned to the project.Utilize Procore to manage documentation, reporting, and project controls.Report directly to senior operations leadership and provide regular updates on project performance.Ensure compliance with all public-sector requirements, contract documents, and company standards.Support future public construction projects throughout Massachusetts upon completion of the assignment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
