Project Manager - Mid Sized GC - Madison, WI

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams across multiple project phases.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation compliance.
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety performance on active job sites.
• Conduct client meetings and provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, and financials.
• Resolve project challenges proactively to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational disruptions.
• Ensure all commercial builds meet regulatory requirements, building codes, and client specifications.
