About Our Client

Seeking a Project Manager with mission critical construction experience to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. The role will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Description

  • Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and control project risks, resolving issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Manage project closeout, including final inspections and handover documentation.
