Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing all phases of a $90M mission-critical construction project from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Collaborating with field operations, subcontractors, clients, and design teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Driving project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and overall financial performance.
  • Leading coordination efforts across MEP-intensive building systems and critical infrastructure components.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring quality, safety, and project delivery standards are met.
  • Working onsite full-time in Sterling, VA, supporting one of the company's most significant regional projects.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Northern Virginia office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Experience managing ground-up or major base-building construction projects.
  • Data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or complex MEP-focused project experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week in Sterling, VA.
