Job Description

* Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

* Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships

* Coordinate field operations to ensure quality, safety, and project success

* Track project costs, forecasts, and contract requirements using construction software

* Partner with internal teams to deliver industrial and data center projects across regional markets

The Successful Applicant

A successful Industrial/Mission Critical Project Manager should have:

* 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction

* Experience with light industrial, data center, or PEMB projects

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

* Familiarity with Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, or similar construction platforms preferred

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base salary (with flexibility for the right candidate)
