Project Manager - Mixed Commercial Construction

• Manage all aspects of mixed commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to client specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and promptly address any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources to meet project requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.
