About Our Client

Seeking a Project Manager with mixed-use and commercial construction experience to lead projects throughout the Mobile market. This role will oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication while ensuring successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. The position offers the opportunity to manage high-visibility developments and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee mixed commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
