Project Manager - Mixed Commercial

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all project stages.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes.
• Lead project meetings and foster clear communication among all involved parties.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
