Project Manager- Mixed Commercial

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion within the mixed commercial sector.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure alignment with goals.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve project-related issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
