Known for its collaborative culture and client-focused approach, the company has built a reputation for quality, integrity, and long-term relationships.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Lead project planning and preconstruction activities.Coordinate efforts between owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and project buyout activities.Review and administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor project costs and financial performance.Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule and budget objectives.Ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and contract requirements.Conduct project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager - Mixed Commercial should have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.Tenant improvement experience preferred.Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and building systems.Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.Ability to effectively lead subcontractors and project teams.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.Tilt-wall construction experience is a plus.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range of $122,300 to $161,100.Vehicle allowance provided.Comprehensive health benefits package.401(k) retirement plan with company contributions.Generous paid time off (PTO).If you're looking for an opportunity to lead impactful commercial projects while working alongside a highly respected construction team, we encourage you to apply.
