Known for its collaborative culture and client-focused approach, the company has built a reputation for quality, integrity, and long-term relationships.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Lead project planning and preconstruction activities.Coordinate efforts between owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and project buyout activities.Review and administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor project costs and financial performance.Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule and budget objectives.Ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and contract requirements.Conduct project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
