Job Description

  • Lead multiple ground-up construction projects simultaneously.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor contracts, and procurement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Consultants.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with project forecasting and financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up K-12, church, and/or entertainment projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Ability to lead project teams and effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.
  • Experience with industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is preferred.
