(They brew their own beer and liquor across all the states!)Being a developer, the primarily only build for themselves (80% being self owned and self developed), making the company run very lean. 75-80% of their work is multifamily construction, the other 20% being mixed-use developments, limited stand-alone commercial TI work, and building their own breweries within or near their developments. They are passionate about placing the breweries/distilleries near or in their multi-family communities as it provides a place for people to congregate and actually get back to getting to know your neighbors. With that being said they are in major growth mode - but every hire they are making is necessary and not just to have people on the bench. They are projecting to hit $400M by year end and on top of that have $1.5B worth of backlog over the next 10 years.With the company running so lean, individuals that work there need to be prepared to be the CEO of their own work and take ownership and responsibility of their projects.Job DescriptionDevelop a strong understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment and other requirements.Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.Prepare and maintain a 3 week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site.Facilitate and ensure company safety program.Create daily reports to submit to the Senior Project Manager or Prime Contractor.Review and adhere to project schedule.Manage quality control by confirming that all the equipment and material installed was submitted by a subcontractor.Assure good housekeeping across entire project site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
