Job Description

  • Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  • Resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
