With a consistent pipeline of negotiated work and a people-first culture, they offer long-term stability and a collaborative team environment.Job DescriptionManage 2 to 3 commercial construction projects simultaneously, with values ranging from approximately $1M to $15M.Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from estimator handoff through completion and closeout.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage cost, scope, and schedule.Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure successful project execution.Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project workflows and reporting.Report directly to senior leadership and collaborate with other project management team members.Oversee a variety of commercial construction projects, including ground-up, renovation, and fit-out work.Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
