Job Description

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure successful execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
  • Oversee contract administration, including subcontracts, change orders, and procurement
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and manage site coordination in partnership with superintendents
  • Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
  • Drive value engineering efforts and cost-saving initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on multifamily projects
  • Proven track record managing ground-up multifamily developments (garden-style, podium, or wrap projects)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
