Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Boston, MA

• Plan and manage multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on timelines and costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with clients to address their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and propose solutions.
