Job Description

Manage construction projects from project kickoff through final completion.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.

Lead client, design team, subcontractor, and internal project meetings.

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

Monitor project financial performance and maintain budget accountability.

Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.

Provide leadership and direction to project team members throughout all project phases.

Lead the execution of an upcoming $40M wood-frame multifamily project in Jamaica Plain.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing construction projects independently from start to finish.

Experience working for a Commercial General Contractor.

Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred, particularly wood-frame projects.

Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and risk management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
