Job Description

  • Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays.
  • Manage project budgets, review cost reports, approve invoices, and control expenses to maximize project profitability.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, resolve construction issues, and oversee quality control to deliver high-quality finished products.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones with owners, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders through regular meetings and reports.
  • Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, occupancy requirements, warranties, and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction industry experience
  • Track record of leading ground-up multifamily or commercial construction projects
  • Project valuations of $10M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client-facing skills to foster both new and existing client relationships
