Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, financial management, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects.
  • Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and risk management activities.
  • Drive project safety, quality control, and client satisfaction initiatives.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Support business growth through strong client relationships and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Extensive ground-up construction experience is required.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects within Multifamily, Healthcare, Higher Education, Commercial, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Stable career progression and strong tenure with reputable construction firms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
