Job Description

  • Plan, oversee, and execute construction projects to meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project goals.
  • Monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and expense tracking.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
  • Maintain clear communication channels among all project participants.
