About Our Client



Our client is a family-owned general contractor with headquarters in Minnesota and multiple offices across the United States. With approximately 350-400 employees nationwide, they specialize in multifamily construction, delivering affordable, market-rate, luxury, and build-to-rent communities.

The Florida division is based in Tampa and has an established presence throughout the Central Florida market. The team typically manages 4-8 active projects at a time, with project values ranging from $40M-$60M and durations between 18-36 months.

Job Description

  • Lead the financial and operational management of ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement strategies
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiations, and overall project execution
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Oversee owner communications, reporting, change management, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Project Management experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Construction-related degree preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated career stability with a strong tenure history
