A well established national general contractor, recognized for its commitment to quality, integrity, and long term partnerships, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground up garden style and podium multifamily apartment projects. This individual will oversee all phases of ground up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and stakeholders
  • Drive project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions oriented jobsite culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing ground‑up multifamily apartment complexes
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects $30M+ in value
  • Excellent tenure with previous employers - stable, long‑term employment history is essential
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
