About Our Client

Our client is a South Florida-based General Contractor focused on multifamily construction. Their current portfolio includes a 7-story, 104-unit affordable housing development in Miami and a 12-story, 240-unit luxury rental project in Coral Gables, along with additional developments throughout Fort Lauderdale, Doral, and Homestead.

Job Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Oversee contract administration and subcontractor management
  • Review and negotiate change orders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, ownership groups, and municipalities
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
  • Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+ preferred
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
  • Mixed-use and podium construction experience is a plus
