Job Description

* Manage multifamily renovation and ground-up construction projects from planning through completion.
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, ownership groups, and local authorities throughout project delivery.
* Review plans, budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
* Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or owner/developer.
* Experience with multifamily renovations, including lobbies, amenities, and exterior improvements.
* Strong understanding of commercial or multifamily ground-up construction.
* Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
