Job Description



The Project Manager - Multifamily will:

  • Lead a $40M+ multifamily construction project from start to finish.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams.
  • Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability.
  • Oversee project reporting, forecasting, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support preconstruction planning and project startup activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:

    • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects independently.
    • Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience with wood-frame construction projects is highly desirable.
    • Ability to manage large-scale projects through all phases of construction.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Commercial General Contractor background required.
