We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will initially focus on a $40M wood-frame multifamily development in Jamaica Plain and will be based primarily out of the Holliston, MA office.

  • Manage construction projects from kickoff through final completion.
  • Lead all project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive project performance related to cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and direction throughout all phases of construction.
  • Support the successful execution of a $40M wood-frame multifamily development and future projects throughout Greater Boston.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements to Apply

  • Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
  • Mid- to senior-level Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction.
  • Experience overseeing projects in the $10M+ range, with larger project experience highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, budgeting, and project coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project schedules.
